Kelsey Harclerode

Kelsey is a Legal Fellow at ZwillGen, PLLC, where she works on privacy and technology related matters, including representing clients in litigation, responding to FTC and state Attorneys General investigations, drafting privacy policy and terms of use agreements, and advising on VPPA and VRPA compliance, fantasy sports, international privacy, and advertising and marketing issues.

As a law student, Kelsey interned at EFF where she focused on the First and Fourth Amendment implications of new technologies. At the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Kelsey worked as a research assistant for the Center for Governmental Responsibility during which she wrote about the state of modern data breaches and the Fourth Amendment implications of the Snowden disclosures.
