The Decentralized Future Council is seeking an Entry- Level Project Manager.

The Decentralized Future Council is a new public interest initiative committed to educating policymakers about the future of decentralized protocols and Web3. This role is ideal for candidates with an interest in Web3 and emerging technologies, and is an opportunity to be at the vanguard of Internet policy at a critical inflection point. 

This role involves the coordinating of multiple projects and performing tasks relative to meeting project objectives/key results, including but not limited to: organizing remote and in- person policy events, overseeing online presence (WordPress, Twitter, LinkedIn), email marketing (Mailchimp/Constant Contact), data entry, assisting with hiring, and scheduling. 

This is a full- time, contract position. Role is contingent upon funding. 

Qualifications:

  • Project management and/ or event planning experience
  • Self- starter, comfortable with taking the lead on projects with minimal supervision
  • General knowledge or interest in Web3 and decentralized web technologies
  • Event planning experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data entry and/or CRM programs such as Hubspot or Saleforce
  • FamiliarIty with digital marketing, launching email campaigns (e.g. Mailchimp/Constant Contact), and growing an online presence
