Nestor Camacho is a Cyber and Data Privacy Litigation Attorney who represents individuals against cryptocurrency exchanges involving cybersecurity breaches, data privacy violations, and “pig butchering” investment scams.

A dual citizen of the United States and Mexico, Nestor brings a unique legal and multicultural perspective to the Foundry, shaped by his international background, work with a Mexican technology company, and participation in the LawWithoutWalls program in Madrid, Spain.

Nestor earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2024, with a concentration in the Business of Innovation, Law, and Technology and was selected as a Hispanic National Bar Association IP & Technology Law Institute Scholar in 2023.

Prior to his legal career, Nestor worked in the advertising industry managing paid search campaigns for Fortune 500 clients, where he developed experience with advertising technologies and their privacy implications.
