The Koch Associate Program (KAP) is a career accelerator for early to mid-career professionals with a drive to tackle our country’s most pressing challenges in more effective, principled ways. Associates spend one day each week engaging in experiential learning with Stand Together Fellowships staff and work at one of our many non-profit partner organizations the rest of the week. KAP curriculum is designed to supercharge your development, and within an Emerging Tech Policy Leaders (ETPL) concentration of KAP, we will help you identify opportunities for you to grow your professional capabilities and become a recognized and respected individual within the tech policy field. The 2023-24 class will be the fourth iteration of ETPL, and fellows from previous years have gone on to pursue successful careers in tech policy and industry, including at Meta, CCIA, and state-based think tanks focused on tech policy like the Libertas Institute.
