Senior Manager II, Risk Management and Operations, Global Operations
As the Senior Manager II, Risk Management and Operations in Global Operations, you will drive Digital Citizenship enablement in international markets. The role will focus on support for our international markets as new regulations arise. Additionally, rapid enhancements in international business and new business practices are growing and require help to coordinate the appropriate engagement. The Senior Manager II, Risk Management and Operations in Global Operations will help globalize Digital Citizenship programs so the markets have the controls, tools, training, and monitoring functions in place to comply with our global policies.
You’ll make an impact by:
Creating an International Community of Practice for legal and compliance leaders over tech and data
Enabling a clear communication channel to identify and mitigate key risks
Providing compliance guidance to key international stakeholders
Leading Global DC Enablement by providing both strategic and operational oversight
Driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects, while partnering with the broader legal and compliance teams
Partnering with internal teams to drive concise, actionable, risk-based tracking, reporting, and monitoring in international markets
Being the contact and partner for international markets helping create synergies and championing needs to mitigate local risks
Providing operationalization guidance focused on business use cases where international privacy obligations are in scope in conjunction with the US
Ensuring business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consult with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; solicit, evaluate, and apply suggestions for improvement
Facilitating reporting of program activities and required information for Digital Citizenship leadership
Assuming day-to-day responsibilities for projects, tasks, deliverables, meeting preparation and follow up, and programmatic deliverables across international markets
Supporting operational activities and acceleration of business plans and processes for the Digital Governance global program
Supporting team members in creating, implementing, and maturing our compliance management system, global policies, procedures, and best practices for Digital Citizenship

You have expertise in International Privacy Laws and Data Compliance to help manage global projects
You can drive the development of an international team culture passionate about accountability, openness and operational efficiency
You’re a project manager with strong business acumen and insight who can strategize end-to-end solutions
You can gather input from a variety of internal and external sources to determine opportunities for cross collaboration
You respond to the needs of the international markets in a support related role
You use data to understand problems and determine how to measure impact
You supervise international reporting and key performance indicators to assist Digital Citizenship leadership with resolving gaps and recommend organizational change techniques for improvements
Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business
You have high standards and can hold project contributors accountable
You can build and maintain strong internal relationships with key partners across all business units and functions.
