Tom Struble is Technology Policy Manager at R Street Institute. Prior to joining R Street Institute, Tom worked at TechFreedom, the Competitive Carriers Association, the Mobility Division of the FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau, and the Office of U.S. Rep. (now Sen.) Jerry Moran (R-KS). Tom received his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School, where he was an Articles Editor on the Federal Communications Law Journal. Tom received his undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Kansas.
