Policy Hackathon 2024 Results
The Internet Law & Policy Foundry (ILPF) Hackathon brings together emerging leaders to explore cutting-edge issues at the intersection of technology and public policy. In its fourth edition, participants were invited to confront some of the most complex and urgent policy questions surrounding artificial intelligence (AI).
This edition of the hackathon challenged participants to develop innovative policy solutions addressing AI governance, ethics, and inclusion. The structure of the competition required teams to submit:
-
A one-page summary outlining their chosen issue,
-
A detailed policy proposal, and
-
A video presentation to communicate their solution and its broader implications.
Out of nine registered teams, six submitted complete and exceptional proposals. Each submission demonstrated originality, depth of research, and a commitment to solving real-world challenges in AI policy.
