Ekene Chuks-Okeke is an Intellectual Property (IP) attorney and certified privacy professional (CIPP/E). An avid researcher, she is invested in the relationship between the law, social norms, and emerging technologies – AdTech, generative artificial intelligence, blockchain and Web3.
Ekene is excited to play an active policy role in the adaptation of IP, media, privacy and internet laws to developments in technology, promoting innovation at a minimal social cost. She considers herself a tech optimist and brings an international perspective from her previous experience advising media and tech clients in Lagos, Nigeria. Ekene is a Senior Foundry Fellow and currently serves as Chair of the Foundry’s 2024 Policy Hackathon Committee.
