Morgan Wilsmann

Morgan Wilsmann is a Masters of International Relations candidate at Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. Specializing in Technology and Innovation, she is set to graduate Spring 2024.

She has been a Google Public Policy Fellow hosted by Chamber of Progress since September 2023. There, she works primarily on content moderation and AI policy.

Before Chamber of Progress, she held fellowships at Glen Echo Group and US Chamber of Commerce’s US-Africa Business
Center.

Prior to beginning her graduate studies, Morgan worked for four years in the International Development industry. Her passion for responsible tech policy and its role in fostering an inclusive digital economy began after staffing a digital trade project in emerging markets.

Morgan earned her undergraduate degree in International Relations from Tufts University, and has been living in Washington, D.C., since 2018. In her free time, she enjoys playing competitive indoor in the DMV area.
