Nathalie Arruda Milbradt

Nathalie Arruda Milbradt is a senior at Harvard College studying Government and Economics, with a focus on technology policy, digital governance, and global development. Originally from southern Brazil and a first-generation college student, Nathalie’s work explores how emerging technologies intersect with democratic institutions, especially in the Global South.

She has conducted research on algorithmic bias, misinformation, and bureaucratic reform, and interned at the Boston Consulting Group, where she worked on a public sector case related to affordable housing and land use. Passionate about equity and access, she also leads initiatives supporting international and low-income students on campus. Nathalie hopes to pursue a career shaping tech policy and public interest regulation in the developing world.
