Zia is a product executive working at the intersection of quantum, AI, and regulated industries. He is Head of Product, Financial Services at Pasqal, where he owns the financial services product strategy, customer relationships, and commercial model.

Before Pasqal, Zia held product roles at AWS, initially for Amazon Braket, AWS’ managed quantum computing platform, and later Amazon Elastic Container Registry, a foundational service securing and distributing container images across AWS’s global regions. Earlier, he owned IBM Watson’s multilingual NLP portfolio and led developer-platform strategy at Chime through its pre-IPO hypergrowth.

Zia serves on the founding board of the Science Diplomacy Grid, teaches product management, and speaks at industry forums on emerging technology. He holds five patents across AI and quantum, and is drawn to technology with public impact and has technical degrees from The Ohio State University.
