Jérôme Nicolaï has served as Digital Economy Attaché at the Embassy of France to the United States since April 2021, where he is responsible for the economic department analysis on technology policy issues.

Previously, he was Cloud Policy Coordinator within Microsoft’s EU Government Affairs team in Brussels, Belgium, working on cloud computing and critical infrastructures policy.

A former Fulbright Scholar, Jerome Nicolai is a graduate of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Medford, Massachusetts), Sciences Po Law School (Paris, France), and the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium). He also took a course in Science and Technology Studies (STS) at the Harvard Kennedy School while a student at Fletcher.
